"The i-LEAD" is our signature 1-week leadership adventure retreat. It is a deeply immersive and transformative journey, ideal for small-groups or teams (from 4 to 12 people maximum).

The program is designed to uplift the participants from a baseline of individual integrity to higher level of collective and decisive action for the common good. By uniting a curated selection of purpose-driven humans, this journey fosters collective intelligence and cross-pollination.

It is facilitated by Coach JB, Vuka Adventure’s Founder, and takes place in:

Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary

(with different accommodation and catering options)

or Malolotja Nature Reserve

(advanced backpacking or intermediate slackpacking).
